Sunset, Somatics and Sound at the Beach

Join us for a beautiful sunset  practice. Enjoy the view while we engage with gentle yogic postures, breathwork and self care techniques that will be enhanced with singing bowls. Bring a large towel or sheet to practice on. Pre-registration is a MUST. If for some reason the weather does not hold up we will contact you directly with the information provided at registration for refunds.  We will be located at Public Beach Access BA13B, North Topsail Beach, NC 28460. When you turn on new river inlet there will be an access point to the beach immediately on the right hand side.
